Dave Seymour — Big picture thinker
A Life changing commitment to Real Estate Investing is not a game, nor is it for the faint of heart. In this industry, success manifests itself in those who think big, believe big, and have the courage to act on both.
Dave’s philosophy on the current market place parallels a Warren Buffet quote, “When everybody is greedy be fearful, and when everybody is fearful be greedy,” or as we see it, when the rest of the world is running out, Dave is running in. It’s a character trait he picked up while serving as a Firefighter and Paramedic in New England, and you can see it in everything he does.
Dave is the consummate leader. From the first day of demo all the way through to the cashing of the check after the sale, Dave can be found moving the proverbial ball down the field at breakneck speed – managing, positioning and keeping everything on track, on time, and on budget.
Dave’s never been one for details, but boy – does he think BIG! Armed with British wit and unwavering persistence, Dave keeps the team motivated, he demands massive action and in return he produces massive results.
His greatest joys come from being a husband and father, both of which are the true motivation for all he does. The ability to see others achieve the success they never believed possible has been one of the most rewarding experiences in Dave’s life.
Peter Souhleris — Detail-oriented, serial entrepreneur
Meticulous, detail-oriented and wildly creative; when it comes to finding small, measurable ways of making a big difference there isn’t anyone better equipped to handle the job than Peter Souhleris.
Peter likes quantity, but he loves quality. After all – it takes a lot to satisfy this kind of entrepreneurial appetite!
Peter’s process-oriented approach to developing properties was instilled with in him during his time working for several architectural firms in historic Marblehead, MA. That same approach carried over into house flipping when he took a leave of absence to work on his first house. Today, he handles just about everything from finding, funding, designing, managing, marketing and selling Citylight properties.
His diverse experience in commercial and residential Real Estate allows him to develop and renovate a wide range of projects. Producing beautiful, high quality and functional space is his vision whether the project is an apartment building, restaurant, office building, single family or condo conversion; Peter Souhleris consistently creates desirable end products that leaves his clients and consumers satisfied to every extent.
Over the years Peter has cultivated his creative side by DJ-ing at some of Boston’s hottest nightclubs. Peter has been spinning records as a DJ since the 90′s. Spinning has always been a passion of Peter’s and allows him to feed his creative side in ways outside of the real estate & design industry. Peter still makes it a priority to be active – and continues to make guest appearances today.
His architectural background has honed his intense desire for precision. His love for his family motivates him to stay grounded and focused on what matters.
When he’s not doing any of those things, he’s helping to give back to his community as the co-founder of the Christian Angel Smile Foundation – a non-profit organization with a mission to feed and provide gifts to needy families over the holiday season.
From crossing the T’s to dotting the I’s, Peter appreciates the value that can be found in the smallest of details. For Citylight, the attention to those details is what makes all the difference.
